Most clients complete this step in under five minutes.

We design your draft
Our team gets to work creating a bespoke website draft tailored to your business. We hand-code everything from scratch - no templates, no page builders. You’ll receive an email when your draft is ready, typically within 5–10 business days. Log into your Zelly dashboard to preview the design and see how it looks across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Review & refine
Once you’re logged in, you can view your draft, leave comments, and request changes directly from your dashboard. We offer unlimited revisions during this phase - we won’t move forward until you’re completely happy. Most clients are satisfied within one or two rounds of feedback, but there’s no limit and no extra charge for revisions.
Timeline: 1–3 rounds of feedback
Go live
Once you approve your design, simply choose a plan on the Zelly dashboard and your website goes live under your own custom domain. From that point on, we handle absolutely everything - cloud hosting, security updates, SSL certificates, performance monitoring, and ongoing support. Need a text change or a new page down the line? Just ask. Your monthly plan covers it all.

What happens after go-live.
Launching your website is just the beginning. From the moment you go live, we take care of everything that keeps your site running smoothly - premium cloud hosting, SSL certificates, security patches, performance monitoring, and regular backups. You never have to think about server maintenance or software updates. We handle all of it as part of your monthly plan.
Need to update your opening hours, swap out a photo, or add a new service to your site? Just send us a message through your dashboard or drop us an email. Most small changes go live within 24 hours, and they're included in your subscription at no extra cost. Larger additions - like a brand-new page or a booking integration - typically take a few business days, and we'll always confirm the timeline before we start.
We also keep an eye on your site's performance behind the scenes. That means monitoring page speed, checking for broken links, and making sure your search engine optimisation stays strong as Google updates its algorithms. If something needs attention, we fix it proactively - you won't need to chase us. Think of it as having a dedicated web team on retainer, without the agency price tag.

How long does the whole process take?
Most websites go from enquiry to live in two to three weeks. We spend 5–10 business days building your initial draft, then a few days refining based on your feedback. Once you approve the design and choose a plan, your site goes live the same day. If you have a specific deadline - say a product launch or seasonal promotion - let us know and we'll do our best to work around it.
Do I need to provide my own content?
It helps if you can share some basics - a few photos of your work, a rough idea of the services you offer, and any specific wording you'd like us to use. But don't worry if you haven't got polished copy ready. We can write clear, professional content for your site based on the details you give us in the enquiry form. Most clients send us a few bullet points and we turn them into fully written pages.
What if I need changes after go-live?
Ongoing edits are included in every plan. Whether you need to update a phone number, add a testimonial, or rework an entire page, just get in touch and we'll take care of it. There are no revision limits and no hidden fees for content changes. Your website should grow with your business, and we make sure it does.
What happens if I cancel?
There are no lock-in contracts. If you decide Zelly isn't right for you, cancel any time - no exit fees, no awkward phone calls. We'll keep your site live until the end of your billing period, and we can export your content so you don't lose anything. We'd rather earn your loyalty every month than trap you into staying.
